Submit Time From a Computer
In this video, we will go over how to report the hours you’ve worked from a computer.
Important
Pay periods begin on Thursdays and end on Wednesdays.
Every week you will need to report the hours you’ve worked no later than midnight Wednesday.
To report your hours
- Log into your MySlice home page.
- Click Human Resources and Payroll Services
- Click the Time tile.
- If you have more than one job, choose the correct time-sheet for the job you are to submit time for.
- If you need to enter time for a different pay period, click the left and right arrows to choose a different pay period.
- Enter the hours that you worked for each day for the job you are submitting hours for.
- Remember, the pay period begins on Thursday and ends Wednesday
- Before you submit your time, make sure you have reported the correct number of hours for the job you are submitting time for.
- Click Submit.
- Click OK.
You have correctly submitted your time if:
- Your time-sheet shows the correct hours for the period.
- You received the message that the rules were successfully applied.
If you have more than one job, and have more hours to enter, change the time-sheet from the drop down at the top to the job you need to submit time for.
